Welcome BBQ
At the beginning of 1st term, the KidsMatter Action Team organise a big BBQ to welcome families to our wonderful school. It is a very well attended event with many families grabbing their picnic rugs and a salad and coming along for a few hours to meet the teachers, other families and the school community.
2014 had another great barbeque. Our faithful sausage chefs, including “Manu”
Liddle in his MKR apron did a sterling job at the barbecues cooking more than 800 sausages and
our teachers and parent helpers also distributed the sausages, bread and sauce we thank them for their efforts “above and beyond the call!”
